Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-03aidubbing AI ("aidubbing", "we", "us") operates the aidubbing AI video translation and localization platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
| Legal entity | aidubbing AI |
|---|---|
| Registered address | United States |
| Privacy contact | support@vozo.ai |
| Security contact | security@vozo.ai |
2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
- Email address - used to sign you in, send verification and password reset emails, and to deliver billing receipts.
- Display name - optional, shown inside your own workspace.
- Password - stored only as a one-way salted hash. We never store or receive your plaintext password.
- OAuth identifiers - if you sign in with Google, we store the provider name and your subject identifier.
2.2 Content you upload
- Video and audio files you upload for localization, including the source file and every generated asset (translated subtitles, dubbed audio, lip-synced and on-screen-text-translated video).
- Project metadata - title, source language, target languages, voice mode and processing status.
- Glossary terms - the terminology tables you create for your account.
Video is the most sensitive data we hold. It is processed to produce the outputs you requested, it is visible only to you, and it is never used to train third-party models.
2.3 Usage and billing data
- Credit balance, every credit grant, deduction and refund.
- Subscription plan, status, billing period and payment references returned by our payment processor.
- Page views and aggregate usage statistics, used to operate and improve the service.
2.4 Payment data
Card numbers are entered directly on our payment processor's hosted checkout page. We receive only a transaction reference, plan identifier and status. We never see or store full card numbers.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the service you requested - transcribing, translating, dubbing, lip syncing and exporting your video.
- To authenticate you, maintain your session and reset your password.
- To calculate credit charges and process subscriptions, refunds and invoices.
- To provide support, respond to abuse reports and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
- To send service announcements. Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
