Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the aidubbing AI video translation and localization platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to this Agreement.

1. Agreement and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@vozo.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share one account across unrelated organisations or resell access.

3. Licence to the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use aidubbing during your subscription. All intellectual property in the service, including the software, models and interface, remains with aidubbing AI.

4. Your content and your rights in it

You keep all rights to the video, audio, text and glossaries you upload. We claim no ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transcode and process your content solely to operate the localization service you requested, and to store the resulting outputs for your use. This licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies retained under our backup or legal-retention obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to process everything you upload, including rights to the underlying footage, the voices of any people appearing or speaking in it, the music, and any third-party trademarks.

5. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In short, you may not use aidubbing to impersonate others, produce deceptive or unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or violate anyone's privacy.

6. Credits, plans and payment

• Work is consumed in credits. The rate per minute of source media is published on our Pricing page and shown to you before any job starts.
• The cost of a job is estimated before it runs and the estimate is deducted when you start it.
• If a job fails, the unused portion of the credit charge is returned to your balance automatically.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Payment is handled by our payment processor. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Full refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time from Billing & credits. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and any paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Your content after termination

We will make your projects available for export for 30 days after termination. After that, projects are soft-deleted and then purged within a further 12 months.

9. Intellectual property claims

aidubbing AI respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your content was processed in a way that infringes your rights, email security@vozo.ai with the URL of the material, your contact details and a description of the infringement. We will review the complaint and, where appropriate, remove the material within a reasonable time.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care, use it only to perform this Agreement, and disclose it only to staff and advisers who need it and are bound by equivalent obligations.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Artificial output disclaimer. Translated text, dubbed audio, lip-synced video and on-screen text translation are produced by machine models. They may contain errors, omissions or unintended meaning. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it, particularly for regulated content, safety-critical material or anything requiring a certified translation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aidubbing AI against claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or any use of the service that breaches this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use aidubbing after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

15. Termination for convenience

We may discontinue the service or any feature on reasonable notice. Where we terminate a paid subscription for convenience, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

16. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in United States have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at support@vozo.ai. Most disputes are resolved quickly.

17. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Neither of us may assign this Agreement without the other's written consent, except in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
